Follow these steps to enable a breakout room in Zoom for all participants of the account
1. Sign in to the Zoom account as an admin.
2. Go to the left side of the navigation menu and click on Account Management.
3. Then select Settings.
4. Go to the Meeting (Advance) and enable the Breakout Room – webinar toggle.
5. If a verification dialog pops up, tap on enable to verify the change.
Optional: Check the below breakout room options, Then save it.
- broadcast message to participants
- Assign participants to breakout rooms when scheduling
- Allow host to view activity statuses of participants in breakout rooms (e.g. share screen, reactions)
- Broadcast voice to breakout room. (This feature is only for 5.12.0 or above)

Optional: To protect your account from changing settings for all participants, click the lock icon. Then click Lock to confirm the setting.
