Requirements To Enable Poll Feature in Zoom

For Account Level
If you want to enable or disable the poll feature for all members of your organization, then follow the steps given below:
1. Sign in with your Zoom web portal credentials.
2. Go to the navigation bar on the left side, Click Account Management
3. Then click on Account Settings.
4. Go to the Meeting tab.
5. Under the In Meeting (Basic) section, Scroll down and enable the Webinar Polls/Quizzes toggle to if it is disabled.
6. If a verification dialog pops up, Tap Enable or Disable to verify the change.
(Optional) If you want to enable following features please tick the check boxes:
1. Allow images uploaded in polls/quizzes to be displayed: Host will be able to upload images in poll/quizzes by clicking this box.
2. Allow alternative host to add or edit polls and quizzes: If you enable a alternative host in the meeting. By clickling this box, You can allow alternative hosts to add, edit and download polls in webinar or meetings.
3. Require answers to be anonymous: Allows account owners or administrators to force participants' answers to always remain anonymous.
(Optional) To avoid changing the settings from all the users in the account.

2. Then Tap Lock to confirm the setting.
