How to Transfer Zoom Recordings to Another Account
Important: Before removing a user, You must have transferred all the data (Scheduled meetings, Webinars, Cloud recordings, and whiteboards) to another user.
If the user you are deleting is an administrator, you must first convert the admin to a member. Then only go for next steps:
1. Open your Zoom account and sign in.
2. Go to the navigation menu on the left side, Click on User Management.
3. Then click on the User.
4. Search for the user to transfer the data from.
5. Next to Edit, click the ellipsis *** to the far right of their name
6. Then Delete.
7. Now you can select the data (including All upcoming meetings, All upcoming webinars, All cloud recordings files, and All whiteboards) which type of data you want to transfer.
- All upcoming meetings: All scheduled meetings transfer excluding meetings scheduled with the user’s PMI.
- All upcoming webinars: All scheduled webinars are transferred. The recipient user must have a webinar license for their profile before attending the webinar.
- All cloud recording files: All cloud recordings are transferred. The recipient user must have a license before they can watch the cloud recordings.
- All whiteboards: All whiteboards are transferred. The receiving user must have Zoom Whiteboard enabled for their account by an administrator.
8. Enter the email address of the person you want to transfer the data.
9. Then Click on transfer data then delete.
