This is the very simplest and easiest method that I have shared to add Zoom Plugin for Outlook 365.
You can also follow the step-by-step guide below:
- First Go to Zoom for Outlook extension in the Microsoft App Store.
2. Click on Get It Now.
3. A pop-up will open, Enter the details and Click on Get it Now.
4. Then Click on Add.
5. Done! Now refresh Microsoft 365 Outlook.
Zoom plugin is successfully installed in Outlook, Click on the calendar option & start scheduling the Zoom meeting in Outlook.

How to Add Zoom Plugin to Outlook
1. Go to the Microsoft Office 360 admin panel.
2. View on the left-side navigation menu, Click on settings & integrated apps.
3. Click on Get Apps.
4. Search for Zoom for Outlook.
5. Enter all the information and click on agree to the terms of use, then click Continue.
6. Check the add-in details, and click on Next.
7. Now, There are three options available Select which one you prefer to the add-in deployed at your organization.
Option 1: Enabled: The Zoom for Outlook add-in will be installed for all of your users, but they can remove it anytime. Option 2: Disabled: All users will have the option to enable or disable Zoom for Outlook, but it will not be installed to their Outlook by default. Option 3: Mandatory, always enabled: The Zoom for Outlook add-in will be added for all of your users and they will not be able to disable it.
8. Then Click on Next.
9. Select who can access this add-in. Search for groups & add them.
10. Tap on Save.
The manifest file starts processed.
When finished, click Close.

How to Manually Deploy the Add-in Zoom
